It has been a little while since a big name Hip Hop artist has came through Winnipeg but it looks like that trend is about to change on August 17 2009. One of the biggest artists in Hip Hop for the last 10 years (and still today), Busta Rhymes, is coming to Blush Ultraclub in Winnipeg. Opening for Busta will be Canada’s own Belly and Peter Jackson.

Blush should be a great venue for an event like this as it will provide a much more intimate and danceable show then the MTS or Convention Centre could (which would normally house a concert of this caliber). Tickets are priced at $42.50 and $55.00 for the show and will likely sell out quickly seeing as Blush is a relatively smaller venue. This is an 18+ event. I would bet the funniest shit on his tour was the granty's that were thrown from the audience @ Blush UltraClub!!! To top it off they were pink & had a message on it. lol I hope you kept them Busta...it can get lonely on the road. hahaha
